Aiden Moffat Racing

Secure Airparks have been a proud partner of Aiden Moffats Laser Tools Racing Team since 2016 in the BTCC which you can watch on ITV 4.

Aiden is a 18 year old racing driver from Dalkeith, Scotland and is currently studying engineering at Newcastle University. Aiden started his Motorsport career in karting at the age of 12 at Raceland in Macmerry, East Lothian. He successfully raced Karts for three years and won the points championship in 2011 with many race wins under his belt. He also started competing in Junior Bangers in 2010 at Thunder Valley Raceway in Lochgelly. He won his first ever race in his Honda Civic and went on to win the points championship in 2010 and 2011 and also the Scottish Championship in 2011.

Aiden then went into the Motorsport News Ford Fiesta Junior Championship in his Ford Fiesta ST.  The series visits Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park, Rockingham, Donnington and Snetterton circuits. In 2013 he has really been a star and has proved to be a multiple race winner Having started the season in an uncompetitive Fiesta junior car, he was able to obtain a fully competitive car after round 6 and then won 9 out of the last 10 races of the season to finish the championship second only 6 points behind the champion. There is little doubt that if Aiden had had this car at the start of the season he would have won the Championship. Aiden has also competed in the Celtic Speed Mini Cooper Cup where he is was a race winner.

In August 2013 Aiden's Motorsport career went global when he was able to debut in the main British Touring Car Championship, becoming the youngest ever competitor in the Championships history. Having competed in the last two rounds at Silverstone and Brands Hatch, Aiden impressed the entire paddock with his performances and professionalism, especially in the wet at Brands Hatch. He was even able to score championship points, a truly impressive effort.

IAPA

The Independent Airport Parking Association (IAPA) is the trade association representing the UK's independent off-airport parking industry.

Established in 2002 as IAPRA (initally representing Park & Ride companies only) it was renamed IAPA in 2011 to include the growing Meet & Greet segment of the market. The membership includes all of the key independent airport parking operators in the UK with combined car parking spaces of around 45,000 which serve passengers using airports the length and breadth of the UK.

IAPA's main aim is to promote best practice and raise standards in the provision of airport parking services. It also seeks to ensure that the role of the independent airport parking industry is fully understood and properly reflected in the development plans for UK airports and their associated surface access strategies and, more broadly, that the industry's voice is heard in policy debates of importance to our members.

Secure Airparks are a member if IAPA

The Royal Highland Society

The Society is for people who value the rural areas of Scotland.  It is for people who live and work in rural Scotland.  It is for people who enjoy the finest products of our land-based and allied industries.  And it is for everyone who supports the very best standards in agriculture, forestry and stewardship of the countryside, which are such an essential part of our heritage – and our future.

Industries in our rural areas are major contributors to the economy and character of the country.  Throughout the highlands, lowlands and islands people produce our food and drink, manage and conserve our countryside and provide access for sport and recreation for millions.

With its history of encouraging advances in education, science, technology and craftsmanship over two hundred years, the Society’s in a strong position to continue its twin roles of building business for Scotland’s land-based and allied industries, and of creating a wider public understanding of the management of the land and rural resources.

In these ways we help build a healthy economy and employment, and provide the wider public with the information they need to make balanced judgments on rural.

Our Partnership started with the society in 2003.  The Royal Highland Society run many events including the famous Highland Show and we are proud to be endorsed by this worthwhile business and charity.
